Jess’s review…
I was lucky enough to be given the chance to try the Euro-star Equitation Breeches by the fabulous team at Rideaway Equestrian. I was so excited to receive these stunning breaches, the design features are amazing and great quality. I requested my regular size & they fit very true to size. They are a lower cut than I’m used to but I found, with a belt they stayed up and were very comfortable! I wore the leggings to work, mucking out, making hay-nets and during general yard duties, to really put them to the test and they did really well. I wouldn’t say they are particularly suitable for winter wearing as they’re quite thin, but I’m looking forward to wearing them in the warmer months.
Pros:
– Beautiful design
– Great shape
– Very comfortable
– Fit true to size
– Decent quality
– Fairly water resistant
– Can be wiped clean
– Very squat proof!
Cons:
– Very expensive
– Low waist
– Thin material
– Full seat isn’t particularly sticky!
– Branded logo on leg is pealing off after just 2 weeks
– Not warm
In conclusion: I really like these breeches & I’m very grateful to be given the opportunity to test them but, and it’s quite a big but, they are way over my price range and I can’t really see enough difference between these & my regular riding tights to justify the price.

Pam’s review…
I received these breeches before Christmas and used them every day for a fortnight doing mucking out, hay nets, feed buckets, water buckets and cleaning the field trough. They were excellent for all of these jobs as they are very comfortable and even if I spilled water on them they dried quite quickly.
A big bonus for me was that hay did not stick to them which meant that my car remained reasonably clear of hay the whole time. I also rode 12 times over the two weeks doing some schooling indoors but mostly hacking out in the cold, wind and, on a couple of days, sleet. As it was cold I did need to wear thermal tights underneath so that I kept warm as I hate the cold!!
Another good point was that mud brushed off easily which meant I could get away with wearing them to go shopping after my rides without getting funny looks from other shoppers.
The breeches would be excellent for Spring, Summer and Autumn wear.

Thank you Jess and Pam for reviewing the Euro-star Equitation breeches.
